Neffros , representing France, emerged as the champion of the Under Night In-Birth II division at VSFighting XIII, held in Birmingham, UK, from August 15th to 16th. Outlasting a field of 55 competitors, this victory marks Neffros’s first offline tournament win since AUTplayed 2025.
A dedicated Linne specialist who has stayed loyal to the character since the game's launch, Neffros showcased exceptional mastery throughout the event. As a designated Platinum Event for the Arc World Tour (AWT) 2025-2026, this win officially secures his qualification for the AWT Finals in March 2026. This achievement marks a significant milestone in his career, as it will be Neffros’s first-ever appearance at the AWT Finals.
The Grand Finals featured Neffros (Linne) on the Winners Side against Ram (Mika), who fought back through the Losers Bracket. After a setback in the Winners Semifinals against Ranalie, Ram demonstrated incredible resilience to secure her place in the final.
Neffros took control early in the set, utilizing Linne’s precision to secure a commanding 2-0 lead. Although Ram fought back to take the third game and keep her tournament hopes alive, Neffros remained composed.
With a final score of 3-1, Neffros shut down the comeback attempt and emerged as the Platinum Event champion.
