China's Yunwu (All Gamers) claimed victory in the FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves division at the "ULTIMATE FIGHTING ARENA 2025" fighting game tournament, held in Paris, France, on September 13, 2025, topping a field of 108 players.
Prior to the release of FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves (CotW), Yunwu primarily competed in The King of Fighters (KOF) series. He is a formidable player with world-class achievements, notably placing second in the KOF XV division at the "SNK Championship Series 2024 Finals" in 2024.
This tournament served as an offline qualifier for the "SNK World Championships 2025 Finals," granting the winner a spot in the Finals. As a result, Yunwu will advance to the Finals scheduled for November.
The Grand Finals featured Yunwu (Hotaru) from the Winners Side against Japan’s Kindevu (Kain) from the Losers Bracket. This was a rematch for Kindevu, who had previously lost to Yunwu in the Winners Semifinals.
Throughout the match, Yunwu maintained calm and clinical spacing, effectively neutralizing Kindevu’s offense. While Kindevu looked for an opening, Yunwu’s execution remained flawless—sealing the victory with consistent anti-airs that shut down every jump-in attempt.
With a final score of 3-1, Yunwu demonstrated remarkable composure and defensive mastery to claim the championship.
