Kojicoco from the USA wins Evo and qualifies for the Arc World Tour 2025-2026 Finals

Kojicoco, representing Paragon, emerged as the champion of the Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising division at Evo 2025, held in Las Vegas from August 2nd to 3rd. Outlasting a massive field of 936 entrants, this victory marks Kojicocoโs first-ever Evo championship and his first major title since Frosty Faustings XVII 2025.
This tournament was designated as a Platinum+ event for the Arc World Tour 2025-2026 (AWT 2025). By winning this event, Kojicoco secured a spot in the AWT 2025-2026 Finals scheduled for March 2026. This marks his third consecutive Finals appearance, following a 2nd-place finish in 2023 and 9th place in 2024.
The Grand Finals featured a matchup between two teammates from Paragon: Zane (Grimnir) on the Winners side and Kojicoco (Beatrix) fighting from the Losers side.
Kojicoco was sent to the Losers bracket after a defeat by Monarch in the Winners Quarterfinals but climbed his way back through the bracket. In the Grand Finals, Kojicoco defeated Zane 3-1 to trigger a bracket reset. He then maintained his momentum to win the Grand Finals Reset 3-1, clinching the championship.
