Spain's Usagi wins Evo France, qualifying for the AWT 2025-2026 Finals.
Italy's PixilatedArc1, a Lowain player, finishes as the runner-up.
Evo France 2025 took place in Nice, France, from October 10th to 12th, 2025. In the Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising (GBVSR) division—a new addition to the Evo series this year—Usagi from Spain, representing Freesias of Eden, emerged victorious as the inaugural Evo France champion. The tournament saw a total of 440 participants.
This victory marks Usagi’s first major tournament win since Slashback 2025. This event was designated as a Platinum+ stop on the Arc World Tour (AWT) 2025-2026. As the winner, Usagi has been awarded a qualifying spot for the AWT 2025-2026 Finals, scheduled for March 2026. This marks Usagi's first appearance in the AWT Finals.
The Grand Finals featured a matchup between Usagi (Grimnir, Lowain) on the Winners side and PixilatedArc1 (Lowain) on the Losers side. After losing to Skyll in the Winners Quarterfinals, PixilatedArc1 climbed through the Losers bracket to reach the Grand Finals.
While Usagi had played both Grimnir and Lowain from Top 24 onwards, he selected Grimnir to face PixilatedArc1's Lowain in the Grand Finals. Usagi won the set 3-0 to secure the championship.
