The Grand Finals was a showdown between Si Anik (Characters: Akuma, M.Bison, Chun-Li), who advanced through the Winners Bracket, and Raihan (Character: Elena), who fought his way up from the Losers Bracket.
Raihan had been sent to Losers after being defeated by Tony in the Winners Semifinals. In the first set of the Grand Finals, Si Anik played Akuma and M.Bison, but Raihan prevailed with a 3-1 score, forcing a bracket reset.
In the subsequent Grand Finals Reset, Si Anik alternated between M.Bison and Chun-Li, but Raihan successfully conquered the fierce match with a 3-2 victory.
