Tatuma secures a spot in the Arc World Tour Finals
Bushin takes second place
Tatuma claimed victory at the "ARCREVO in SENZAN 2025: GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-" tournament, held at the Yokohama City Hall Atrium in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, from August 20 to 31, 2025.
Tatsuma’s first major offline tournament victory since GBVS Cygames Cup 2025.
A total of 272 players participated in the tournament. As "ARCREVO in SENZAN 2025" is designated as a Platinum event in the "Arc World Tour 2025-2026," the winner, Tatuma, has secured qualification for the "Arc World Tour 2025-2026 Finals."
Tatuma also participated in the previous season's Arc World Tour 2024 Finals, and this victory secured his second consecutive appearance in the Finals.
The Grand Finals featured Bushin (Leo, Slayer), who advanced undefeated from the Winners Side, against Tatsuma (Sol), who fought back from the Losers Bracket. The two had previously met in the Winners Semifinals, where Bushin sent Tatsuma to the Losers Side.
Throughout both the Grand Finals and the bracket reset, Bushin strategically played both Leo and Slayer. In the first set, Bushin reached tournament point with a 2-1 lead, but Tatsuma demonstrated incredible resilience, winning 3-2 to reset the bracket.
In the final reset match, Bushin continued to switch between his two characters to disrupt Tatsuma's rhythm. However, Tatsuma maintained his momentum and clinical execution, closing out the set 3-1. With this victory, Tatsuma completed a dramatic comeback to avenge his earlier loss and claim the championship.
